Darlene is the owner of D7 Studio, were she spends her time traveling the Northeast working various bead shows showcasing artist made beads and unique stinging products. She exclusively represents Nolly’s Folly hand made glass beads made by artist bead maker Nolly Gelsinger, as well as Marsha Neal Studio Pendants made by ceramic artist Marsha Minutella.
Darlene’s first involvement in art started as a child watching her father develop his own photography. As she grew her interest in art led her to study and graduate from the University of Delaware with Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramics. After graduation she went on to take Jewelry Making classes at Delaware College of Art & Design and then beading classes at her local bead shop.
Her love for jewelry and anything handcrafted has developed into a passion and love for helping her customers succeed with whatever beading project they’re working on.
